The beautiful “Housewife” arrived by carriage to the world famous Harrods department store where she helped kick off their famed winter sale.

And inside, Eva revealed her smoking Dolce and Gabbana black mini-dress and sky-high stilettos!

“I’m so excited! This is actually my favorite department store, so I’m going to be shopping along with you guys!” Eva dished.

But while Eva was shopping (and flashing her beautiful five carat engagement ring), where was her fiancé Tony Parker?
