I know that diet cause i did it a while ago…I am 26 and i did it for 10 days i actually lost the same weight as beyonce 20 lbs…..its drinking water mixing lemon juice, chayenne pepper and maple syrup!!! It totally works!!!! but remember its really hard and you need to be very mentally prepared!!!!

I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE RECIPE TO YOUR LIQUID. I HAVE TO LOOSE AT LEAST 20 LBS BY JULY 20TH. I’LL BE 30 AND WANT TO BE HOT GOING INTO IT. PLEASE TELL ME THE INGREDIENTS.

I am like the biggest fanof beyonce and she is my role model I am a young person looking up to a bright and intelligent young woman who is accomplishing her dreams everyday. So she looks good anyway it goes and i am gonna try that diet.

I cannot stand Beyonce because she is way too conceded. I don’t know anyone who is perfect but she thinks she is perfect. I think she has public arrogance which has to be noticed by an individual because she hides it with her phony phony smile. I hate the fact that she feels she is the only female who can accomplsh some of the things she does daily. I think she was most jealous of the young actress that attracted all the attention in Dream Girls from the American Idol. I feel that she is not real because of the public notice and especially with her parents allowing her to basically run over them. The only reason she wanted to discontinue any future performances with Destiny Child is due to the fact she feels she is better than them and that her friends are using her so called notariaty to move ahead. In closing she is a spoiled brat.
