For perfect eyes, line lashes with a pencil, using a credit card to make a straight line. Then, blend with a Q-tip and then apply black liquid liner for a smooth finish. Be sure to let the liquid eye liner dry before moving on to the next step: mascara.

Before you add mascara, add loose powder to the tips of the lashes. Doing this will allow the mascara to cling to it when applied for fuller, thicker and blacker lashes with lots of va-voom appeal!
