Number one is pretty in plaid.

"Plaid is definitely making a resurgence," dished store owners Jeanette Chivvis and Kelly West, who showed us how to get Sarah Jessica Parker and Nicky Hilton's plaid look.

He's got more than just an Oscar; Russell Crowe's got range!

In his latest movie, "A Good Year," the Academy Award winner teams up again with "Gladiator" director Ridley Scott for a very un-"Gladiator"-like romantic dramedy.

It was only one week ago on The Animal Planet that Crowe gave a tearful farewell to his friend and fellow Aussie, Steve Irwin.

"Some people see him as just a funny bloke on the TV, and he was a funny bloke on the TV, but he was really serious about what he did," Crowe explained.

Jessica Simpson Set to Remake 'Working Girl'

Old world glamour and a new world glamour girl collided Tuesday night at Jessica Simpson's "Employee of the Month” premiere in Los Angeles.

Jessica wore polka dot de la Renta to her Los Angeles premiere and co-star Dane Cook wore a vintage suit.

But the sexy starlet assured us the pair's matching outfits were not planned, just saying, "We do have some of the same peeps.”

"I feel wonderful tonight,” Jessica added. "I feel just free and fresh."

'Bobby' Sets Ablaze Emotions in Emilio Estevez

Emotions ran unchecked north of the border, as fans screamed for Demi Moore, husband Ashton Kutcher, Sharon Stone and an overwhelmed Emilio Estevez at the Toronto Film Festival premiere of "Bobby."

Emilio dropped by "Extra" to talk about his comeback making tale of Robert Kennedy's 1968 assassination at the Ambassador Hotel.

"It's a very personal picture, it came from my heart," Estevez confided.

Sharon on Finding Mr. Right: I Won't Settle

Sharon Stone got candid with "Extra," opening up about finding Mr. Right, motherhood and her critically acclaimed new film, "Bobby."

"It's an extraordinary film," Sharon promised. "When I first saw the film, I thought, ‘Wow.'"

"Bobby" received a standing ovation at the Toronto Film Festival this week, but Sharon gave all the praise to her co-star, Demi Moore: "Her performance in this film… well, you'll see."

Ellen 'Honored' To Host Academy Awards

Daytime's dancing queen just landed the hottest gig in Hollywood, and "Extra's" Jon Kelley stopped by the set of Ellen's daytime talk fest to chat about her date with Oscar next February.

"It's something I always wanted to do, and I'm honored they asked me to do it," Ellen said. "To feel like someone's putting that kind of show in your hands and trusting you and saying, 'We think you're able to do this,' you can't get a bigger compliment than that."

And the compliments keep on coming.

"Today, I got flowers from Steven Spielberg saying what a smart choice that was and congratulations to the academy," Ellen revealed.

DeGeneres is no stranger to hosting awards shows. "The Emmys were definitely hard," she revealed. "But the Grammys were just fun because it's music. I want the show to be really, really funny, but I want to celebrate it. I don't want to be cynical about it."
